We monitor public apartment listing sites (Apartments.com, ForRent, Zillow, ApartmentList, Rent.com) and property websites. You can also add any public listing URL.

Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference on your next billing cycle.

Yes — a credit card is collected during signup to start your 14-day free trial. You won't be charged anything until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then. Payment is collected securely inside the app — you never leave RentalReports. If the payment step is interrupted, you'll still get access to your trial and can add a card from the Billing page before it expires.
